Services to minimize the risk of financial loss through a comprehensive review and assessment of a client partner's risk portfolio to develop a robust program that addresses their complex risk management needs. 

A strategic business discipline to address a full spectrum of risks (financial, operational, compliance, reputational, etc.) that a client partner could face, and developing and implementing a transformative corporate culture to mitigate such risks.   

Assist client partners in managing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for insurance broker and third party service provider (e.g., claims adjusters, etc.) services including the evaluation and ongoing oversight of providers by liasing on the client partner's behalf. 

Evaluate insurance broker and companies providing a client partner with their insurance program to maximize the return on investment (i.e., best coverages for less premium).  Assess and address the adequacy and deficiencies of a client partner's current insurance program. 

Review of a contractual agreements on client partner's behalf, and collaborate with their attorneys, accountants and insurance brokers to address all exposures to risk that may lie within the terms and conditions, and developing contingencies to mitigate such risks.  

Assist client partners in managing claims and oversight of the associated defense and administrative functions including liasing with claims adjusters from insurance companies and third party claims administrators to control costs.
